The ‘origin’ of a coffee denotes its country of origin, variety and grade.  As each coffee origin is unique, so too is the way it is roasted.

Bailey Coffee is cooked using a heavy iron frame small batch roaster, with fanatical attention to the cooking process.  We monitor and control the time and temperatures within the cooking and refuse to give control to automation when it comes to pulling a roast! Roasted toasted!
